Delete your Dokus account
Ask us to permanently delete your account and personal data. Here's exactly what happens when you do.
What happens when you request deletion
- Your Dokus account and profile are permanently closed.
- The personal data we hold is erased within 30 days of your request.
- Financial records such as invoices may be kept where Belgian law requires it, restricted to that legal purpose only.
- Deletion is permanent and can't be undone. Export anything you want to keep first.
