These Terms of Service govern your use of Dokus. By using our service, you agree to these terms.
Service description
Dokus is a financial operating system for Belgian businesses. We provide document ingestion, transaction matching, cash flow overview, and PEPPOL e-invoicing services.
Account responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
Acceptable use
You agree to use Dokus only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not misuse the service or attempt to access it through unauthorized means.
Billing and cancellation
Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
Limitation of liability
Dokus is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms. Continued use of Dokus after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Belgium.
